These terms are an agreement between you and Petalform LLC ("we," "us," "our") for the use of the Us: A Diary for Two app and related services. By creating an account or using Us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You need an account to use Us. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 13.
Everything you add to Us, your entries, notes, photos, and pages, is yours. You keep all rights to it. You grant us only the limited permission needed to host, store, back up, and display your content so the app can work for you and the partner you invite. We do not claim ownership and we do not use your content for advertising.
You are responsible for the content you add, and you confirm you have the right to add it. Do not use Us to store or share content that is unlawful, infringing, or that violates the rights of others.
Us lets you invite a partner and, if you choose, publish a page with a share link. Anyone with that link can view the page until you unpublish it. Share links thoughtfully, and only publish content you are comfortable making viewable.
Us offers an optional subscription, Us Plus, which unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, under their terms. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation, and a subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable.
We work to keep Us available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" without warranties, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory local law.
You can stop using Us and delete your account at any time. See Delete your account and data. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and is part of these terms.
If we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Us after a change means you accept the updated terms.
