A drink was read wrong
Sip works out flavours from the drink's name, so an unusual name can come back with a thin profile or the wrong one. Tell us the exact drink name and the café, and it gets added to the flavour list — that fixes it for every menu, including ones already scanned.
The photo would not read
Fill the frame with the drinks list and avoid glare on laminated boards. If it still will not read, you can type the menu in by hand from the same screen — that route is free and unlimited, and produces exactly the same ranking.
Managing or cancelling Plus
Plus is billed by Apple, so it is cancelled in your Apple ID settings rather than in the app: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Sip cannot cancel it for you, and deleting your account does not cancel it.
Your diary and taste profile
These are stored on your device, not on our servers. They are cleared when you sign out, and they do not move to a new phone. "Start over" in Settings clears them deliberately.
