Delete your account

You can do this yourself, from inside the app.

How

Open Sip → Settings → Delete account, and confirm. This permanently removes your profile, your sign-in credentials and your scan count from our servers. It cannot be undone.

Two things it does not reach

Your subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel Plus. Plus is billed by Apple, and only Apple can cancel it — Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. If you delete your account without cancelling, you will continue to be billed.

Data on your device. Your diary, your ratings and the taste profile built from them are stored on your phone and never uploaded, so account deletion does not touch them. Remove them by deleting the app, or with "Start over" in Settings.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@petalform.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
