These terms govern your use of Jobwrit, published by Petalform LLC. By using the app you agree to them.
1. What Jobwrit is
Jobwrit helps you organize and document jobsite activity and produce report documents. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record.
2. No legal or professional advice
Jobwrit does not provide legal, contractual, safety, or professional advice. Requirements for notices, records, inspections, and contracts vary by project, jurisdiction, and agreement. Jobwrit does not guarantee that a report is legally binding or admissible, has tamper-proof timestamps, guarantees payment or proves liability, satisfies OSHA or any regulatory requirement, satisfies any contractual notice requirement, or constitutes a notarized or certified document. Signatures captured in the app are a convenience and do not imply notarization.
3. Your content
Your reports, photos, and other content are yours and stay on your device. You are responsible for backing them up — the app provides export and backup tools — and for how you use and share generated documents.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
- Jobwrit Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) or a one-time lifetime purchase. The free tier remains usable without a purchase.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Purchases can be restored on a new device with Restore on the upgrade screen.
5. Apple App Store
If you obtained Jobwrit from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where it conflicts with these terms, Apple’s agreement governs your use of the app obtained from the App Store.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for lost data resulting from device failure, uninstalling the app, or failure to maintain your own backups.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
