These Terms govern your use of InfraSim (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
InfraSim is a mobile system-design game. Every simulated architecture, traffic pattern, cost, and failure happens locally on your device or on our backend for scoring purposes only — InfraSim provisions no real cloud infrastructure, incurs no real cloud cost, and does not connect to any AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud account. Nothing you build in the App affects any real system.
You may play as a guest without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to consent to these Terms in your country, and in any case InfraSim is not directed at children under 13 (see our Privacy Policy).
InfraSim also offers a one-time, non-subscription "lifetime" purchase that permanently unlocks Pro features for that App Store or Google Play account, tied to your purchase history with that store. It does not renew and is not refundable except as required by the store's own refund policy.
All payments are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must go through the store you purchased from (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com; Google: Play Store order history). InfraSim cannot issue refunds directly and has no visibility into your payment method.
The free tier includes the tutorial, the first twelve campaign levels, today's Daily Challenge, two Startup Survival runs per day, three saved Sandbox architectures, and the full Learn encyclopedia. Pro removes those limits. Feature availability may change between versions; we will not remove access you have already paid for within a current billing period.
You agree not to: reverse engineer the App beyond what applicable law permits; use the App to harass others via the display name or leaderboard features; attempt to submit falsified scores to the Daily Challenge leaderboard (submitted architectures are independently re-simulated and verified server-side); or interfere with the App's operation.
The only content you can make public in the App is the display name or handle attached to your leaderboard entry. You are responsible for what you choose as a display name and must not impersonate others or use offensive language. We may remove or reset a display name that violates this.
InfraSim is an independent educational game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, or Google. Provider names are used only to map generic architecture concepts onto terminology learners may recognise.
The App, its content, design, and code are owned by InfraSim's developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. InfraSim is an educational and entertainment product; it approximates real system behavior for teaching purposes and is not a substitute for professional systems-design or capacity-planning advice, and should not be relied on for production infrastructure decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfraSim's developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account per our account deletion instructions. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms as the App changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
